Operation
o
Place the scale on a horizontal flat surface. Press [ON/OFF] key.
o
Wait until the LCD displays “0.00”.
o
Put the object(s) on the weighing platform.
o
Using the [MODE]-key to switch the weighing units.
III.
Tare Weighing
o
Turn on scale as described above.
o
Place the “tare item” on the platform.
o
Press the [TARE] key and wait until “0.00” is displayed.
o
Add the “net-weight-item”.
IV.
Weighing units
o
Turn on scale as described above.
o
Press the [MODE] repeatedly to change the weight unit until the required
weight unit appears

Calibration
NOTE: The scale has been calibrated by the factory. For the calibration, a preset
adjustment weight is required. Without such an adjustment weight, calibration is not
possible and leads to erroneous values.
Please ask the merchant for the suitable test weights.
o
In the switch off state, press the [MODE] key and hold it and then press the
[ON/OFF] key without a weight on the scale. Wait until the display shows
"888888".
o
Then release the buttons. After a few seconds flashes "EXXX" on the display,
the Model of the scale: about E1000 for the FH-1000. “E” means the
calibrations function is activated.
o
Place the suitable weight on the weighing surface and wait until the scale
indicates “PASS” or “good”.
o
The process is complete and the value was stored.
VI.
Error Messages and Troubleshooting
“E” or no display
problem of energy supply, check the
voltage of batteries and replace them if
necessary.
“H”
Capacity exceeded, remove the weights
immediately to prevent permanent
damage on the scales.
Fluctuating readings
check the environmental conditions.
Incorrect readings
recalibrate the scale is required.
