How it works
Oil Machine
The Oil Routine is a timed program that runs the Charm both
forwards and backwards to distribute oil throughout the system. It
is important to unthread the machine while running this routine.
Adjust Position Sensors
Use the Adjust Position Sensors screen when diagnosing needle
position issues with your technician.
Maintenance
Use the Maintenance screen to adjust the needle positioning speed
for regular use and Basting Mode as well as adjusting the Thread
Break Sensor delay to your preferences.
IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER, CLICK ON THE THREE
LINES TO ACCESS THE DROP DOWN MENU. SELECT
USER SERVICE & DIAGNOSTICS
TO ACCESS THE
OIL ROUTINE, ADJUST POSITIONING SENSORS AND
MAINTENANCE OPTIONS.
