NOTE:
The user can try many different types of “Cal Types”; however, a “Fit Sample Data”
must be done after any change to update the calibration. See Figure 3-17.
If only a portion of the curve is of interest, the user can go into the “Partial Plot” menu and choose
the desired range to plot (by specifying the Low and High X values). See Figures 3-16 and 3-18.
By viewing the graphs produced by the various methods the user can get a feel as to the best
match for the process being monitored, and can experiment with activating and deactivating
particular samples to see their effect on the calibration curve. Once a suitable curve is found, the
coefficients that define it should be recorded.
