water is marked on the water gauge
A1
. Close the lid by snapping and make sure that it
snaps in correctly. Place the filled kettle on the stand (it will beep once and the current water
temperature will show on the display). The appliance is now in standby mode. Turn the
kettle on by pressing button
A5
, points next to corresponding temperatures will gradually
light up on the display, while showing the current temperature until the water reaches the
boiling point. Then the heating will stop and the appliance will turn off “automatically” (there
will be a sound signal = 3 beeps. Before reaching the set water temperature, the appliance
can be switched off “manually”, namely by repeated pressing of the
A5
button. Always use
fresh drinking water for heating.
ATTENTION
– The control on the stand does not work without the kettle on it.
–
During heating, the increasing water temperature is optically signalled by the changing
colour of the water gauge lighting (i.e.
0-59 °C=green / 60-69 °C=
yellow / 70-79
°C=
blue
/
80-89
°C=
violet, and
/ 90-100 °C=
red).
– When heating water, the lid must be closed, otherwise the kettle will not turn OFF.
–
When water boils, the steam passes through the steam channel and then switches off the
kettle. To pour water, lift the kettle from the power base and pour. When pouring out the
water incline the kettle slightly and gradually. Do not forget that hot water is inside.
– In bigger tilting of the electric kettle backwards, particularly when it is filled up to
maximum, water can flow out from the electric kettle in the bottom part of the kettle. This
does not affect safety or other functions and it does not mean any failure of the electric
kettle. In the case of tilting the electric kettle with hot water there is a risk of scalding.
Therefore do not tilt the electric kettle.
– If unusual symbols appear on the display, disconnect the appliance from the
mains power supply and then reconnect it.
– Recommendation: When the kettle is not used, do not place it on the stand connected to
the mains. If you are going not to use the kettle for a long time, unplug the power cord from
the wall socket.
Setting the Water Temperature with the Temperature Sustaining Function

respective point displays the set temperature. After turning on the heating by pressing button
A5
, point
A9
will be lit intermittently and the current water temperature will be shown on the
display. After reaching the temperature, there will be one sound signal and the point will
continue to shine intermittently. The kettle will switch into the temperature sustaining mode.
The condition is signalled by the intermittent light of the set temperature point until shutdown.
The kettle maintains the set temperature for 60 minutes, then it beeps and turns off.
CAUTION

Keep enough water on the minimum water level (0.5 L).
–
During the keep warm program, the water temperature will stay in the setting degree with
