Sort menu
The Sort menu lets you set:

the sorting mode,

the sorting limits, and

the sorting gate number (if you have set up auto sorting).
Sorting can be completed:

Manually
For manual sorting the Scale displays the appropriate sorting gate to open.

Automatically
Using an autosortter.
About sorters
A sorter uses the weight of the animal or a Sort list (requiring EID tags on
animals) on the Scale to determine which sort gate to open for the animal. For
manual sorting the Scale displays the appropriate sort gate. For autosorting the
Scale sends the sorting gate number to the sorter controller which opens the
correct gate or gates.
Depending on the sorter used the Scale can control up to sorting gates.
