Remove the air outlet baffle [2].
•
Extract the central assy air intake baffle [3] togeth-
er with the top canopy [4].
•
Clean the removed components and the side
-
walls [5].
•
Follow the operations in the reverse order to reas-
semble the components.
7.5 Cleaning the internal bottom surface of the casing

Use soft microfiber or cotton cloth soaked with
lukewarm water (max. 35° C). If there are halos, add
some neutral diluted detergent (pH 6÷8). Rinse and dry
with a soft and dry cloth. Use a specific product for the
stainless steel display deck.
Do not use
corrosive deter-
gents, thinners, alcohol or solvents.
Do not use hoses connected to the water system
to wash the unit. Do not use direct or indirect water jets
or machines for pressure cleaning (i.e. high pressure
washers).
•
Remove the display decks [1] then the sheet under
the display deck [3] by using the supplied tool [2].
•
Vacuum any residue in the carcass.
•
Clean the air grills [4], the evaporator cover [5], the
fan holders [6] and the insulated casing [7], paying
attention not to wet the electrical parts.
•
Follow the operations in the reverse order to reas-
semble the components.
7.6 Cleaning the condenser

Use a brush with hard bristles and a vacuum
cleaner.
The aluminium fins of the condenser can cause
injuries to the hands and arms; use protective gloves for
cleaning these parts.
