3. START-UP. ADJUSTMENT AND OPERATION CONTROLS.
3.1 OPERATION CONTROLS.
The equipment can be started up once the electrical supply installation has been carried out. This section
describes the control and regulation system of the KENNEDY SYNER 200 / 160 equipment.
KENNEDY 200 SYNER Control panel.
1- Potentiometer: Controls the welding current value

: MMA process arc adjustment indicator.

: HOT START setting indicator of the MMA process.

11- Welding mode: Select the welding process.
12- Electrode Selection: When the SYN indicator is on, the electrode diameter can be selected.
13- Function mode: When the indicator
is on, it sets the MMA functions.
14- +: Positive pole welding voltage connector.
15- -: Negative pole welding voltage connector.
16- Power supply cable.
17- Switch: ON / OFF.
18- Fan.
19- Handle.
Switching VRD on and off: It is activated by simultaneously pressing the buttons for welding mode and electrode
selection.
Activate and deactivate Anti-sticking: is activated by default, to deactivate or activate it the buttons, electrode selection
and function mode must be pressed simultaneously.
