Meaning of light signals

The on/off button lights up continuously. The machine is ready for use.

Press the espresso button and regular coffee button simultaneously for
approximately 5 seconds.

Remove the drip tray, rinse it and place it back.

Remove the water tank and rinse it.

Fill the water tank with fresh tap water up to the MAX indication and slide the
water tank back into the machine.

Press the espresso button and brew a cup of espresso. Repeat this twice.

Turn the control dial to the hot water icon. Let hot water flow out of the hot
water/steam wand until the ‘water tank empty’ light lights up continuously.

Remove the drip tray, rinse it and place it back.

Reattach the classic milk frother.

Remove the water tank and rinse it.

Reinstall the water filter (if present)

Fill the water tank with fresh tap water up to the MAX indication and slide the
water tank back into the machine.

Press the on/off button to switch off the machine.

When you switch the machine back on, it is ready for use again.
