Cause and troubleshooting
E:6103 lights up. Wa-
ter is not drained.
Not an appliance fault. Siphon connection is still
closed or the wastewater hose is kinked or blocked.
1.
Check the connection to the siphon and open if ne-
cessary.
2.
Install wastewater hose without kinks.
3.
Remove residues.
Not an appliance fault. Wastewater pump is blocked
or the cover of the wastewater pump is loose.

Clean the wastewater pump.

2.
Secure the cover of the wastewater pump so it
clicks into position.

E:6160 lights up.
Technical fault is present.

Contact customer service.

Mains voltage is too low.
This is not a fault on the appliance.

Contact an electrician.
2.
Have the mains voltage and electrical installation
checked by an electrician.
E:9210 lights up.
Spray arm rotation of the lower spray arm is blocked.

Arrange the tableware so it does not obstruct spray
arm rotation of the lower spray arm.
