Alarm prompt: alarm prompt appears on the digital display screen, other lights are off.

The water electrode is sticky of
ingredients.
Clean the water electrode.
E01 Missing zero crossing signal.
Contact the authorized G21 service
center.

The mixing chamber cover is not
installed at all. Check if the mixing chamber cover is
attached tightly.
E03/E04 Abnormal voltage signal.
House abnormal voltage abnormal,
wait and try again.

Broken of chamber temperature
sensor. Contact the authorized G21 service
