CDR-5000 Functions

<Setting mode>

ON: If the thermo stand detects the temperature over 40 degrees Celsius, the next cycle of

charging/discharging will be suspended. It restarts as soon as the temperature becomes
below 40 degrees Celsius.

OFF: Regardless with the temperature measured by the sensors, cycle mode will continue. But

the "CUT-OFF TEMPERATURE" remains effective if it has been set at SET-UP.

<Operation key>

Push any one of " ", " ", " " and " " keys to select the mode.

"CYCLE DELAY" is strongly recommended to set "ON" to keep the battery tempera-
ture as low as possible because the battery temperature tends to increase very high
during continuous cycles of charging and discharging under "CYCLE MODE".

WARNING

On the SET-UP screen, you can display confirmation messages or not by setting this parameter. The
default parameter is set to "ON".

<Setting mode>

ON: Display confirmation messages

OFF: Do not display confirmation messages

<Operation key>

Push any one of " ", " ", " " and " " keys to select the mode.

BUZZER

Set the buzzer "ON" or "OFF". The default parameter is set to "ON".

<Setting mode>

ON: It buzzers when the power is turned on, when keys are operated, when charging or dis-

charging is finished.

OFF: No buzzer.

<Operation key>

Push any one of " ", " ", " " and " " keys to select the mode.

TIME

This determines the mode of time display. The default parameter is set to "MS".

<Setting mode>

MS: minute and second (00:00)
S: second (0000S)

<Operation key>

Push any one of " ", " ", " " and " " keys to select the mode.
