Stereo Care

harsh chemicals. Prolonged exposure to these substances can 

damage the case.
Do not store the stereo where prolonged exposure to extreme 

temperatures can occur, because it can cause permanent 

damage.

Troubleshooting

My stereo does not respond to my key presses

• Charge the stereo (

• Press and hold   for 12 seconds to reset the stereo. Press 

and hold   to turn the stereo back on.

There is interference on the audio when listening to 

radio

• Remove the power cable from the stereo’s power cable port, 

and move the stereo away from the AC power adaptor.

• Unplug the AC power adaptor from the wall outlet.
• Move the stereo away from other AC power adaptors.
• Move or reorient the stereo for better reception.

I cannot hear the audio well or at all

• Check the volume setting on the connected device.
• Select a valid source for the stereo.
• Make sure the stereo is not muted or paused.

The USB flash drive will not play

• Make sure the flash drive is formatted as FAT32.
• Make sure the tracks are in MP3 format and are saved in the 

root directory.

• Use the smartphone FUSION-Link app to navigate the USB 

folders.

• Make sure the music is not paused.

I cannot easily tune the stereo to a radio station

• Using the FUSION-Link app, press   to select the manual 

tuning mode.

• Use the FUSION-Link app or press   and 

 to change the 

tuner region if you have traveled to a different country.
