Adding additional zone players
ADDING ZONE PLAYERS TO A FUSION SYSTEM:
You may add an additional zone player (FR-ZP1) to your Premiere server to
expand the total of independent movie streams to two.
Additional zone players can easily be added to a system by connecting
them via Cat-5 Ethernet cable to the same network

as your server. Plug in the power adaptor and the HDMI cable as well and
power up the player.
The player will automatically assign itself and IP address and pull the movie
content from the server. You will now have another completely indepen-
dent stream from the server.
TechTip:
Similar to the Fusion server, we highly recommend
setting a static IP for your player, including all gateway and DNS
information. Refer to this manual for setting a static IP.
The setup of additional zone players is identical to setting up the main
server. Refer to this manual regarding set up questions of the player.
Premiere Movie Server can be expanded
to a total of 2 discrete zones.
