Make sure that the lamps on the equipment are in the following condition after connection.

TROUBLESHOOTING 

Check the following if communication is disabled or there is a possibility of equipment failure. Contact 

the dealer if the equipment does not recover from the fault or in the event of another malfunction.

POWER lamp does not go on. ・Check that the power plug is connected properly. 

LAN1

LAN2 lamp does not go on. 

Check that the LAN cable is connected properly. 

・Check that the LAN cable in use is category 5e or superior. 
・Check that the LAN cable in use is not broken or defective. 

・Check  that  user’s  terminal  equipment  is  in  the  automatic  negotiation 

mode.
