DECT Base FB4 IP TP
This type of base station is intended for connecting to a local data network
(LAN) according to the Ethernet standard.
Depending on the equipment used, the base station is supplied with power
either by its own plug-in power supply unit or centrally by the nearest
switch and the network cabling, using PoE (Power over Ethernet) tech-
nology.

1 Socket: 8-pin RJ-45 – LAN connection to TCP/IP network for
twisted-pair cabling.
– When using "Power over Ethernet (PoE)“,
this serves as an additional connection for
remote supply of the base station.
• Counterpart: Western modular plug RJ45 8P8C
2 Socket: 4-pin RJ-10
(2 contacts are used)
– Connection for a switch for switching /
using the input contact
• Counterpart: Western modular plug RJ10 4P2C
3 Socket: 6-pin RJ-12 (RJ-25) – Optional power supply connection for
supplying the base station by a local plug-
in power supply unit or a customer-
provided 48V power supply.
• Counterpart: Western modular plug RJ12 6P2C
4 SMA socket for external
antenna #2 (ANT1) The two external antennas as be used as an
option instead of the built-in antennas. The
work in diversity mode.
In that case, the internal antennas are auto-
matically deactivated.
5 SMA socket for external
antenna #1 (ANT0)
