This boiler is equipped with an
ignition device which automatically
lights the burner. Do not try to light
burner by hand.

CHANGING THE OPERATING SET POINT
From the main screen do the following:
1. Tap “Confi gure”
2. Tap “Central Heat Confi guration”
3. Tap “CH Set Point”
4. Tap “Clear”
5. Enter New Set Point
6. Tap “OK”
7. Tap the escape arrow in top right hand corner
¡ SETTING COMBUSTION
To Set Combustion, perform the following:
1. Obtain the following tools: Calibrated combustion analyze, manometer to
measure inlet gas pressure
2. From home screen tap “Operation.”
3. Tap the yellow background “rpm” box next to fi ring rate.
4. Under “Firing Rate Control” tap “Manual in Run.” Refer to Figure 16.
5. Using test fi re sheet enter the light off rpm’s in the “Manual Firing Rate” box.
6. Once the rpm’s are entered tap “OK”, then return to the home screen.
7. Turn the local/off /remote switch to the local position.
8. Once burner has started and you have verifi ed fl ame signal return to the
“Manual Firing Rate” box.
9. Increase the fi ring rate in 500 rpm increments until you reach the high fi re
rpm’s from the factory test fi re sheet.
10. At each point check combustion. CO2/CO should remain constant
throughout fi ring range.
11. Monitor inlet gas pressure during combustion.
12. Once the high fi re rpm setting is reached make fi ne tuning adjustments on
the gas ratio valve “fl ow rate” to match factory test fi re settings. The “fl ow
rate” adjustment requires a 3mm hex wrench.
NOTE: ´ Turning the screw counterclockwise increases gas fl ow, clockwise
decreases gas fl ow.
NOTE: ´ Combustion changes are made at high and low fi re only, as the gas ratio
valve has a 1:1 ratio.
