OPERATION (cont.)

Diagnostic menu - Vehicle info:

 This function 

enables retrieval of Vehicle Identification 

No. (VIN), Calibration ID Nos. (CINs), 

Calibration Verification Nos. (CVNs) and In-use 

Performance Tracking on 2000 and newer 

vehicles that support Mode 9.

1.

  Use the Scroll button (7) to select Vehicle 

Information from the Diagnostic Menu and 

press Enter/Exit button (5) to confirm (fig. 

29).

2.

  An advisory message prompts you to turn 

ignition on with engine off. Press any button 

or wait a few seconds for information on the 

TFT colour screen (1) (fig. 30).

Note:

 If the vehicle does not support 

this mode a warning that the mode is not 

supported shows on the TFT colour screen (7).

3.

   From the Vehicle Information menu use the 

Scroll button (7) to select available item and 

press Enter/Exit button (5) to confirm (fig. 

31).

4.

   View retrieved vehicle information on the 

TFT colour screen (7) (fig. 32).
