OPERATION

WARNING!

 Do not connect or disconnect scan tool with ignition on or 

engine running.

Setup menu

1.  

Connect OBD2 16-pin connector (6) into the DLC. 

2.  

Turn the ignition on. Setup can be done 

with engine off or engine running. When 

the scan tool is powered on, it displays a 

home screen (fig. 3) 

3.

  From the home screen, press the Scroll 

button (7) to select the Setup interface, 

and press Enter/Exit button (5). Follow 

the instructions to make adjustments and 

settings as described in the following setup 

options.

• Language:

 The default language from the 

factory is English, many other languages can 

be manually selected.

 From the Tool Setup screen (fig. 4), use the 

Scroll button (7) to select Language and 

press the Enter/Exit button (5).

2.

  From Language screen, use the Scroll 

button (7) to select the desired language 

(fig. 5).

3.

  Press the Enter/Exit button (5) to save your 

selection and return to previous menu.
