Troubleshooting
[Symptom] The power cord is inserted in the power outlet, but the XG2000CR does not turn on.
[Cause]
Possible causes:
1 The power cord is loosened or pulled out.
2 Hardware failure.
[Action]
In the following sequence:
1 Check that all power cords are connected properly. Try substituting power cords.
2 If the XG2000CR fails to power on then contact the vendor's service department.
[Symptom] The XG2000CR has not started within a few minutes of power on and the Status LED
keeps blinking.
[Cause]
Probable hardware failure.
[Action]
Contact the vendor's service department.
[Symptom] The XG2000CR has not started within a few minutes of power on and the Alarm LED
(Orange) lights.
[Cause]
Probable hardware failure.
[Action]
Contact the vendor's service department.
