4.3 Power supply
The devices in the racks are supplied with power over power distribution units (PDUs).
SE700 and SE500
By default a basic rack contains four PDUs, each with 8 x C13 outlets.
Each PDU is connected to the in-house power grid with CEE connectors 32A blue. For
redundancy reasons, two phases are required. Two of the four CEE connectors are
connected to each phase.
SE300
The power distribution units to be installed in the SE300 basic rack and in the extension
racks can be selected. The following three types of PDU can be installed:

PDU with 10 x C13 outlets, CEE connector 16A blue
●
3-phase PDU with 3 x 8 x C13 outlets, CEE connector 16A red
●
PDU with 8 x C13 outlets, CEE connector 32A blue
