As a matter of principle a remote connection to your server is only
possible if the Fujitsu service employee knows your personal VNC
remote access password. It is recommended to change your
password after it has been used.
Further AIS Connect functions available from the task bar context menu
Messages
Display messages sent to your system through AIS Connect.
Set Remote Policy
Accept or decline incoming remote access requests.
Make Smart Poll
Send a connection request.

This function is only to be activated upon instruction from a
member of the support staff.
Close VNC Session
Close a VNC based remote connection that has been established to your
system.
