6 Conversion procedure
Workflow
Perform the work in the order listed below:

Pre-work preparations.

Remove the hard disk cover.

Remove the hard disk units.
4
Remove the drive cover.
5
Remove the left side cover.

Remove the front cover.
7
Remove the right side cover.
8
Remove the rubber feet.
9
Reorient the devices.
10
Attach the front cover brackets.

Reattach the front cover.
12
Reattach the left side cover.
13
Attach the rack front cover.
14
Converting to a rackmount.
15
Reinstall the hard disk units.
16
Before turning on the server.
17
Update the Chassis ID.
Before moving the server, remove all hard disk units. Striking or
hitting a hard disk unit can corrupt its data.
