IRQ Reservation Submenu of the PCI Configurations Submenu

The IRQ Reservation submenu of the PCI Configura-
tions submenu allows the user to mark various IRQs as 
reserved for use by legacy ISA devices. When an IRQ is 

reserved, the BIOS does not use it for embedded PCI or 
ISA devices.
