Cleaning Machine
Use the items specified in the steps for cleaning.
When wiping the main unit with a wet cloth, use a soft, moistened and tightly-squeezed cloth. The
machine may break down if the moisture remains on it.
Using a commercially available dry non-woven cloth is effective for cleaning of paper dust.
Use a soft and high-absorptive non-woven cloth that can remove dirt and dust easily by lightly
wiping them. Do not use a non-woven cloth with chemicals and/or abrasives.
Do not use chemicals such as benzine or thinner. Doing so may damage the paint or coating on
plastic parts.
Note
Firmly close the cover after cleaning. If the cover is open, an error occurs, and print cannot be available.
Feeding Paper
When cleaning is performed, many white spots appear for a while. Perform paper feeding after
cleaning to enhance the effect of cleaning.
