Replacing the Fusing Unit, Transfer Unit and Retard Roll

You need to replace three parts (fusing unit, transfer unit and retard roll) at a time. Both the transfer unit and the retard roll 
for replacement come with a new fusing unit.

Fuji Xerox fusing unit, transfer unit, and retard roll are available only through Fuji Xerox. To order by phone, see also

When a fusing unit or transfer unit reaches its usable life-span, the following messages appear on the LCD panel.

Removing the Fusing Unit

Turn off the printer, and wait for 40 minutes.
