Step 4:
1.
Fix both swing arms (15 and 16) on both lower handlebars (9 and 10) with totally 6 screws (76),
4 flat washers (113) and 6 nuts (91).
2.
The covers (69) and (69-1) need to be fixed with 3 screws (87) on the left side as shown.
Afterwards, fix the covers (70) and (70-1) accordingly on the right side.
3.
Mount the console mast covers (42 & 43) with 2 screws (87) as shown.
