Select the relevant menu items:

- If Aut is selected, automatic calibration can be carried out in the "FEd" menu item
- If OFF is selected, manual calibration can be carried out in the "FEd" menu item

Automatic calibration:

Open the clamping lever

Press the "Wire threading" button

The display will show "run" while the calibration is in progress (duration approx.
25s)
- Once the calibration has been completed, the digital display will read "FEd"
Manual calibration:

Open the clamping lever

Press the "Wire threading" button or the torch trigger

Display shows „1.St 3.0“ an

Press the "Wire threading" button or the torch trigger

Display shows "AdJ".

Measure the speed at the drive roller and set to 3 m/min (42,3 U/min) using the right
adjusting dial

Display shows "rdY". The values have been stored internally

Press the "Wire threading" button or the torch trigger

Display shows "2.nd 15.0“

Press the "Wire threading" button or the torch trigger

Display shows "AdJ".

Measure the speed at the drive roller and set to 15 m/min (211,7 U/min) using the
right adjusting dial

Display shows "rdY". The values have been stored internally
