Connecting data communication cables to the Froni-
us String Control 250/30 DCD DF
Linking options The Fronius String Control 250/30 DCD DF can be linked into the Fronius Solar Net in 2
ways:
-
using pre-assembled data communication cables with RJ45 plug connectors
Cable recommendation:
cable type CAT 5, 1:1 cable
- using multi-core data communication cables.

Additional insula-

cables IMPORTANT! To provide additional insulation for the data communication cables, a piece
of silicone tube is supplied as standard with the Fronius String Control 250/30 DCD DF.
When data communication cables are run inside the Fronius String Control 250/30 DCD
DF, the cables must be enclosed by the silicone tube.
NOTE! After successfully mounting use a cable tie to secure the silicone hose at
the contact protection.
