Clean the flue gas sensors

Remove the insulating cover

Loosen the wing screw and remove 

the flue gas sensor

Carefully wipe off the flue gas 

sensor with a clean cloth

Slide in the flue gas sensor and 

secure it hand-tight

The boiler is operated for 45 min at rated load: 

 - Boiler temperature setpoint is set to 70°C 

 - Heating pumps switch on and the mixer valves open to max. 

  flow temperature setpoint 

 - DHW tank and puffer loading pump are controlled as per 

 regular 

settings 

When is it possible to measure: 

 

Flue gas temperature at approx. 140 - 180°C 

 

CO2 content of the flue gas between 10 and 13% 

 

Boiler temperature above 40°C
