Step 3: Connect the filter with tubings

Directly attach the 1/4" PEX tubing
(provided in the package) to the fitting
by screwing up the hex nut.
Twist off the filter cap from the system.
Attach the 1/2" straight fittings on
both of the "supply" &"filtered" side
of the filter cap.
If the space is
too narrow
Remove the nuts and compression
inserts from the copper fittings.
Attach another 1/4" PEX tubing
to the "filtered" straight fitting
by screwing up the hex nut.
Attach the other end of the supply
tubing to the fitting at the "supply"
side of the cap by screwing up the
hex nut.
