4.2. Tips before use with the sorbet sieve

With exception of:
Use frozen fruit, vegetables and herbs.
ATTENTION: make sure they fit into the filling shaft.
TIPP: for the best result, make sure to freeze the ingredients in smaller portions,
i.e. like ice cubes.
4.3. Use

Press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch
ON: forward: presses the food down
OFF: appliance is switched off
R: foods is coming up again to avoid the
appliance to get stuck.
ATTENTION: do not touch the switch with wet hands
ATTENTION: the screw must rotate before the food is added.
NEVER
add food into the filling shaft when the screw is not
rotating.

Add fruit, vegetables and herbs (cut into the right size) into the
filling shaft and press it downwards with the pusher.

If the Slow Juicer suddenly stops, press the ON/OFF/Reverse
switch to OFF fist and then on R. To remove the stuck food from the screw,
release the switch and then press ON. Repeat this 3 times.
For your safety we advise to hold the lid while pressing the ON/OFF/Reverse
switch to R, to prevent the lid from coming loose.
If the Slow Juicer still doesn’t work: disassemble it completely, clean it and try
again.
4.
When you have finished slow juicing, press the ON/OFF/Reverse switch to OFF
and remove the plug from the socket.
Important: drink the juice immediately to avoid vitamin loss.
5.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Disassembling the Slow Juicer
1.
Switch off the Slow Juicer and pull out the plug.
ATTENTION: when you have finished slow juicing, press the switch to R to make
the cleaning easier.
2.
Take the lid with filling shaft in one hand and the juice bowl in the
other hand. Turn counterclockwise to release the parts.
