Moisture detected in air path. 

- The Friendly Vac has picked up a liquid.  
- Dry out Friendly Vac, including dirt cup and 

filter, thoroughly. 

E9 

Elevation problem 

Elevation motor is stuck in place 

Using the rear portion of the Friendly Vac, tilt 
the Friendly Vac onto its back and visually 
check the elevation motor to see if there is 
something stuck in the elevation which can be 
removed 

E10 

Unauthorized version 

This message is received when trying to 
burnt/copy software version, which in not 
released or not compatible to the Friendly 
Vac. 

E11 

All other stuck reasons 

This message is displayed in case, which 
the failure is not identified as one of the 
other error codes messages (E1 to E10) 

In every stop of the Friendly Vac with error 
message (E code) place the cleaning mode 
selector to OFF and press and hold the two 
scroll buttons for at least 3 seconds until the 

‘Stop cause number’

 is displayed.
