DO NOT lift
Friendly Vac by
the bump guard!
NOTE: New brushes can be
purchased and installed at
your dealer.
It is recommended to fully charge
Friendly Vac
before storing it.
Store
Friendly Vac
with Cleaning Selector in the OFF position.
If storing
Friendly Vac
for more than two weeks, it is recommended to first
fully charge the batteries, and then remove the batteries out of the unit
to maintain battery life.
Cleaning the brush roll
The brush roll (A) can be removed
and cleaned if there is something
tangled or caught on it.
Turn selector to OFF.
Press and hold the UNLOCK (down
arrow) button until you hear a beep and
brush roll "click" down.
Remove the batteries as described in
Fig, 12.
Pull up on tab (B) behind brush roll and
remove the brush roll.
Remove tangled or caught
items from brush roll.
Press both ends of brush roll to make
sure it is secure.
Using the rear portion,
tilt it back into its wheels.
Do not lift Friendly Vac by the bump
guard.
Re-insert batteries.
Using the rear portion, tilt your
Friendly Vac
onto its back.
DO NOT LIFT FRIENDLY VAC
BY THE BUMP GUARD.
To reposition the brush roll, align it
with the top of the nozzle opening (C)
and press to snap it in place.
