TROUBLESHOOTING
Unit Does Not Operate
Disconnect Display
Connector CN6 on
top of Main PCB
Set multi meter do
read low voltage DC
and place Multi
Meter leads on pins
3 and 7.
Is Fluctuating
0-6Vdc Present?
Set multimeter to
read continuity.
Check all wires on
display board
connector cable to
CN6 plug for pin to
pin continuity.
Are any wires
showing open
(OL)?
Replace Display
Board
Replace Connector
cable
Check all wiring and
comms cable
connectors from
Main PCB to the
Power PCB
Ensure all
connectors are
undamaged, fully
connected and fully
engaged.
Fix any issues
Reference wiring diagram (figure 801)
Main PCB Diagram (Figure 7xx)
Power PCB Diagram (Figure (7xx)
Any loose,
damaged, or
disconnected
connectors?
Is Fluctuating
0-6Vdc Present?
