8. Adjust the saddle to the angle which is right for you. The
appropriate tilt is determined by your seat position.

PLEASE NOTE:
After the saddle has been mounted, the
axle bolt must be tightened with a torque of 20 Nm.
CLEANING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Please Note!
■
Never use compressed air for cleaning. This could damage
the joint.
■
Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents or
cleaning pads to clean the product. These may damage the
surfaces.
• Regularly clean the freibeik saddle joint and make sure that
no coarse dirt can collect in it (from below).
• Maintenance and repair of the freibeik saddle joint may only
be carried out by a trained expert (in a specialist bike shop).
If the product is opened up by an untrained person or is
worked on with an unsuitable tool, this shall invalidate the
statutory warranty.
• If your bicycle is transported on a rear bike rack on a vehi-
cle, protect your saddle and in particular the freibeik saddle
joint with a solid bag. Pull it over the saddle and securely fi x
it under the joint with a cable tie.

friendly manner so that it can be recycled.
The product is made of aluminium, stainless steel, steel
and polyurethane. If the product can no longer be used,
do not dispose of it in the household waste but take
it to a recycling centre or similar place where it can be
split into its constituent parts.
