with the food into a pre-heated
oven by putting it inside a cook-
er or on an oven accessory. (tray,
wire grill etc.)

wire racks and/or correctly place
the tray on the rack. Place the
grill or tray between two rails
and make sure it is balanced be-
fore putting food on it.

sory or container.
• Never use it at higher oven tem-
peratures than the maximum
usage temperature indicated on
your baking paper. Do not place
the baking paper on the base
