4. Partially tighten two 1/2" x 4 1/2" Bolts (96) with two 1/2"

Star Washers (124) through the top of the bracket near

the right Upright (93) and into the Base Frame (56);

do

not tighten the Bolts yet. Be careful not to pinch any

wires.

Repeat this step on the left side of the treadmill.

Then, tighten the 1/2" x 4 1/2" Bolts (96) and the 1/2" x

2 1/2" Bolts (95) on both sides.

3. Partially tighten two 1/2" x 2 1/2" Bolts (95) through the

bracket near the right Upright (93) and into the Base

Frame (56);

2. Locate the 80" Wire Harness (118) and 72" Wire

Harness (119) in the Upright (93) access hole.

Connect the 80" Wire Harness (118) and 72" Wire

Harness (119) at the front of the Uprights (93).

See the

inset drawing. The connectors should slide together

easily and snap into place.

If they do not, turn one

connector and try again.

IF YOU DO NOT CONNECT

THE CONNECTORS PROPERLY, THE CONSOLE

MAY BECOME DAMAGED WHEN YOU TURN ON

THE POWER.

Attach the Access Plate (130) to the Uprights (93) with

two #8 x 1/2" Machine Screws (129).
