Connect the hydraulic hoses only when the hydraulics of the tractor and the

machine are depressurised.

Regularly check hoses and screw connections for leaks and damage.

Damage and leaks must be repaired immediately.

Preparing the leveller for operation

Attaching the leveller to the tractor

The GT-300-AUS must be attached to the tractor's drawbar, using an approved
drawbar bolt with a corresponding safety split pin. For safety reasons, it is important
that the leveller is correctly attached to the tractor drawbar.

Attaching hydraulic hoses to the tractor

There are three double-acting hydraulic hoses for a standard GT-300AUS. Each set
is mounted in each of the tractor's double-action outputs. The hydraulic hoses cannot
be inserted incorrectly in the tractor outputs, as long as you make sure that the
hydraulic hoses are paired.

Driving with the leveller

When maintaining gravel roads, the blade with the wear steel is lowered so that it
scrapes and picks up material, thereby smoothing out potholes and other
unevenness in the road.

Turning the blade

The leveller is fitted as standard with a hydraulically rotating blade, which means that
the blade can rotate approximately 60

o

and there are therefore plenty of options for

making the blade work in the best possible way for your needs.

Tilting the blade

The GT-300AUS is also fitted as standard with a hydraulic swivel joint between the
wheels and the blade, which allows the user to tilt the blade approximately 20

o

 to

either side, thereby placing more material in one of the sides. In this way, a slight
slope can be created on the road, so that rainwater can effectively run off to the
sides.

Raising and lowering the leveller

The wheels of a GT-300AUS leveller are raised and lowered by operating the
hydraulic output in the tractor, into which the two quick couplings are fitted, attached
to the hydraulic hoses and which come from the hydraulic cylinder at the rear of the
leveller. The hydraulic lift/lower function allows easy adjustment of how aggressive
you want the blade to be on the surface you are driving on.

Driving during transport

When transporting to and from work sites, the wheels are lowered as much as
possible to lift the blade free from the surface.

Setting the mechanical lateral displacement (standard)

The GT-3000AUS leveller has three adjustment options between the three-point hitch
