The inverter (DRIVE-TECH) is a device for the control and protection of pumping systems based on the variation
of the supply frequency of the pump. It can be applied to both new and existing installations guaranteeing:

Energy and cost savings

Easy installation and lower costs of the system

extending the life of the system

increased reliability

The  inverter  (DRIVE-TECH),  connected  to  any  pump  on  the  market,  it  manages  the  operation  to  maintain
constant  a  specific  physical  quantity  (pressure,  differential  pressure,  flow,  temperature,  etc.  ..)  at  change  the
conditions of use. In this way the pump or pump system, operates only as and when needed thereby avoiding
unnecessary energy waste and prolonging battery life.

At the same time the inverter (DRIVE-TECH) is capable of:

Protect the motor against overload and dry running

implement the departure and the 'sweet stop (soft start and soft stop) to increase the life of the system

and reduce the absorption peaks

provide an indication of current consumption and supply voltage

record  the  hours  of  operation  and  function,  and  functions  of  this,  the  errors  and  fault  reported  by  the

system.

control other two pumps at constant speed (Direct On Line)

connect to other inverter (DRIVE-TECH) to realize the combinated operation.

Special  chokes  (optional)  allow  the  inverter  (DRIVE-TECH)  to  break  down  the  dangerous  overvoltages  that
occur in long cable runs and then make the inverter (DRIVE-TECH) optimal control of pumps.

GENERAL TECHNICAL DATA

- Power supply voltage: 230 Vac ±15% single-phase; 380-460Vac±15% three-phase;
- Frequency 50-60±2% hz
- Protection level: IP55.
- Maximum working temperature: 40°C.
- Working position: the inverter (DRIVE-TECH) can be installed directly on the fan cover.

For installation and operation of the pumps in combo mode (1 master and 1 slave), you must use one sensor
for each inverter (DRIVE-TECH) present; Please remember to take the offset of the connected sensors on each
machine.  Each  slave  can  potentially  replace  the  inverter  (DRIVE-TECH)  master  in  case  of  failure,  so  all
parameters must be set independently on each inverter (DRIVE-TECH) group in master mode. To operate the
group is sufficient to press the green button (START) of only inverter (DRIVE-TECH) master; Inverter (DRIVE-
TECH)  each  slave  can  be  arrested  independently  in  case  of  need  by  acting  on  the  corresponding  red  button,
compatibly  with  the  water  demand  of  the  system  and  the  possibility  of  being  replaced  by  a  further  device.  If
