Cleaning of cooling unit

Regular cleaning is a prerequisite for the unspoiled, safe enjoyment of drinks.
You can find more detailed information on operating, configuring, cleaning
and caring for your cooling unit in the user manual for your coffee machine. In
addition, the separate cleaning instructions describe the cleaning of the re-
movable components.
Clean the milk/drinks system daily or when prompted by the coffee machine.
Clean the cooling unit and components with warm water and a mild cleaner.
Use a dry cloth for drying or leave to air-dry. Do not use hot air.
Clean daily:
• Interior chamber, inside of the door, tray and lip seal
• Container(s)
• Suction hoses
• Plug-in couplings

Cleaning of cup tray (SU12)

1. Switch off the heated cup

tray.

2. Wait for the tray to cool

down.

3. Clean the now cooled tray

with a damp microfiber cloth.
In the case of gross contami-
nation use a mild cleaner.

Malfunctions

If there is a malfunction, an error message is shown on the coffee machine
display. The error messages contain information regarding the cause and res-
olution of the malfunction.
