1.4.4.1 Cut out for the frying pot 
 

The operation consists in making in the plate of 

work the cut out to receive the vat.   
Then the frame delivered with the fryer must be 

fixed in the way to act as support for the vat but 

its role is also to shut tightly the cut out.
