1. Add special detergent fluid into a
1 litres container − pump 5 times
(VIVA KM) til 7 times (VIVA McD).
2. Add approx. 0,7 litres WARM
water.
3. Immerse the milk pipe into the
detergent solution.
The cleaning starts with intermittent
rinsing (continues for approx. 3 min).
6. Immerse the milk pipe in the con-
tainer with clear cold water.
7. Press button to rinse the
milk pipe.
4. Press button to adjust the
Cleaning program".
5. Press button to start the
cleaning program − to clean the
milk pipe.
The rinsing process starts (continues
for approx. 1 minute).
8. Insert a detergent tablet to clean
the brewing unit.
9. Press button to start the
cleaning process.
The automatic cleaning process starts
(continues for approx. 3 minutes).
At the end of the cleaning process the
bremer VIVA turns into the Stand by"
mode.
Clean the dispenser block daily with
the special detergent, in order to en-
sure the hygiene!

13. Clean all parts of the removed
dispenser block individually under
flowing warm water with the provi-
ded brush.

14. Clean all drillings
or openings at the
nozzles of the drain
block with the brush.
15. Dosage of special detergent into
the container − pump 5 times.
16. Add approx. 1 litres HOT water.
+ 0,75 Liter
17. Insert the dispenser block,
cover and coffee outlet into a
cleaning bath once a time for 20
min.

19. After the cleaning, always rinse
the cover, dispenser block and cof-
fee outlet with CLEAR water, dry it
with a one-way cloth, assemble it
and attach to the guidance of the
coffeemachine.
