13. Assembly Instructions for 230 V AC Electrics
13.1 Loosen the screws (a) and remove the cover (b) of the connector terminal.
Caution!
Connect only 230 V AC, 50/60 Hz to the connector terminal.
13.2 From the 3 x 1.5 mm² lead-in cable (c), connect cores L1 and N to the corresponding
clamps.
The middle terminal clamp stays free.
13.3 Screw on the cover (b).
13.4 Fasten the PE core (green/yellow) to the pin (d) in the flush-mounting cabinet.
13.5 Connect the connector terminals together.
13.6 Place the transformer (e) in the flush mounting cabinet.
13.7 Attach the connector terminal (f) to the snap-fit fastener (g) (simplified
representation).
13.8 Connect the plug connection between the transformer and the control unit.
13.9 Connect the control unit to the solenoid valve cartridge.
13.10 Plug the protective earth cable (h) to the PE-flap (i) on the cover plate.
13.11 Adjust the flush-volume (see Chapter 15. ).
13.12 Adjust the flush flow-rate (see Chapter 16. ).
13.13 Place the cover plate (k) on the frame and hang it behind the flap on the mounting
frame.
13.14 Attach the cover plate with a set screw.
14. Function
14.1 Stand in front of the urinal at least 10 s.
14.2 Walk away from the urinal.
• Water flows.
• Water flow stops automatically after a set flow duration.

Forced flushing has been factory set to take place after 24 h of disuse.

The flow duration, range of the sensor and forced flushing can be adjusted with the
optional remote control (FAR Order No. 5179 0000).
