Positioning the film insert
Place the loaded film insert in the magazine so
that the full film spool faces the symbol
and the empty spool the symbol
.
Closing the magazine
Close the magazine until it clicks in place. Film
loading resets the frame counter to 00. The
basic display will appear as soon as the LC dis-
play is switched on (see page 21).
Enter the film type and speed given on the film
box (see page 23).

opens the drawslide.
As long as the drawslide is not fully open,
“SLIdE” will appear on the LC display, and the
shutter cannot be released. “SLIdE” will appear
only when the magazine is attached and the
camera is switched on.
Film advance
Pressing the shutter release once will automati-
cally advance the film to frame 01.
The LC display will show the frame number
under EXP.NO.
The frame counter will advance with every
exposure, up to 16 with size 120 film, up to 32
with size 220 film.
