1.7 Applications

In the industrial and civil field,

the machine is installed in places where it is necessary to raise the temperature

using  heated  water  from  industry  processes  or  from  boiler-house,  or  where  is  necessary  to  lower  the
temperature using cold water from pit or chiller.
It is used in shopping malls, workshops, showrooms, gyms, dairy industries, etc…

In the animal husbandry

the machine is used in pig factory to heat growing-finishing rooms, weaning rooms or

nursery  rooms.  It  is  used  in  corridors  or  poultry  farms,  in  longitudinal  ventilation  tunnels,  natural  ventilation  or
chimney ventilation.

In agriculture

it is used to heat or to cool mushrooms or greenhouses.

The materials used in building the machine ensure reliability and durability in time.
The exchanger is built in copper pipe and aluminium fins, coated in cataphoresis(an anti-corrosion treatment).
The bodywork is made in polypropylene, which has a low specific gravity and an high chemical resistance (acid
corrosion) an mechanical traction.

The  fan  on  AP  series  are  axial-type  single-phase  (with  wired  condenser)  with  4  or  6  poles,  IP  54  protection
degree (AP15 and AP25 are IP44). The fan motor are class F insulation with auto-reset thermal protection.
The arts of the humidifier are made in PA PC and ABS, the screws are stainless steel made.
Fasteners are in stainless steel

This device must be used only for the functions

for which it was intended and designed:

"Heating/Cooling working with hot/cold water”.

Any other use is to be considered improper and dangerous.
