ment itself.
6.3.6 Temperature I/O (optional)
Typical circuits for the passive digital inputs and outputs, plus the temperature meas-
urement inputs, are shown in the following diagram:
Temperature measurement inputs
The configuration of the temperature measurement
inputs can be carried out at the PQC:
Main menu >
Parametrization > Temp. I/O (dyn.
).
The possible temperature units are:
– C (degrees Celsius)
– K (Kelvin)
– F (degrees Fahrenheit)
Here the temperature probes actually used are configured as active/inactive.
The temperatures measured by active probes connected
to the inputs are displayed in the PQC Temperatures
menu.
