be activated, and in this mode all processing on the transport stream is deactivated.
The output transport streams are modulated according to the DVB-C annex A/C or DVB-T
standard.
Each mux can be modulated independently at arbitrary frequencies and power, within the range
supported by the device. The modulation parameters are available through the configuration
interface, and are also independent for the two mux, except for the standard used (DVB-T or
DVB-C) which must be the same for both mux.
3. PRODUCT INSTALLATION
3.1 CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGING
The packaging contains the following items:

D-Matrix 4S
•
Power lead
•
Safety warnings and product installation instructions
3.2 PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
•
By using the specific fixing points, screw the product to the wall so that it is vertical to allow
correct heat dissipation.
•
Connect the earth terminal to the antenna earth line.
•
Connect the antenna cables to their inputs.
•
If required, insert the CAM and smartcards in their slots.
•
If required, insert an external USB drive
•
Connect the product to the electricity supply
•
Wait for the device to start and it can then be configured.
•
Check the output signal is generated correctly and the reception status of the inputs and
system on the specific multicolour leds.
3.3 WALL MOUNTING
Install the unit as shown in the figure (Fig. 3.3), using the brackets incorporated in the product
mechanics. Allow sufficient space to connect the power lead and for correct ventilation (15 cm
airspace on all sides). Any other type of installation could affect the correct functions of the
device.
