Principle of Operation
The RLGD-100 is possible to detect methane leak from a remote distance by pointing it towards the survey
areas that are hard-to-reach. The methane absorbs a fraction of the laser light, the residual light is then
reflected by survey objectives (like pipeline, ceiling, wall and ground, etc.) to the detector. The methane
concentration is proportional to laser absorption by it thus analyzed and reported as ppm.m.
