On-screen messages
If one of the following messages appears on your TV screen, make a note of the number that
appears with the message (for example: F01). If you need to call your ser vice provider (e.g.
FOXTEL or TELSTRA) for assistance, please have the number handy so they can help you as
quickly as possible.

There is no FOXTEL

Inser t your FOXTEL Smar tcard into the Smar tcard
slot.
