REPLACING THE BLADE 

 

The saw blade has to meet the technical specification. 

 
Check saw blade for flaws(cracks, broken teeth, bending) before installation. Do not use faulty saw blades. 
The saw blade teeth must point in cutting direction(down). 
Always wear suitable gloves when handling saw blades. 

 
Warning 
When installing or changing saw blade, always disconnect saw from power source, unplug! 

 

 

 

Remove the two screws with Crosshead Screwdriver, take off the table

. 

 

 

 

1.

 

Using the spanner provided to loose the screws and flanges. 

 
2.

 

Remove the table insert. 

 

3.

 

Place blade on arbor shaft making sure teeth point down at the front of the saw. 

 
4.

 

Reinstall flange and screws security tighten. 

 

5.

 

Reinstall the table insert. 

 
Attention 
The servicing of saw blades should only be performed by a trained person. 

Defective safety devices must be replaced immediately. 
Check saw blade regularly for faults .Replace a defective saw blades immediately.
